Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 1 Responsible for the development of individuals and the Smart network based in Douala.

Applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our diversity and inclusion charter.
Mission:
• Liaise between SMART and Prudential in the management of health insurance policies;
• Significantly reduce the rate of complaints from policyholders.
Main activities:
• Set up a network of individual health insurance sellers;
• Advise the provider network in setting up health insurance contracts;
• Design insurance products under the supervision of the technical and statistics department;
• Develop the network of SMART service providers;
• Monitor the issuance and distribution of SMART health insurance contracts and return them signed.

Job profile:
• BAC + 2 in insurance
• Rigor and autonomy
• Ability to manage stress
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to listen and take initiative
• Ability to analyze and synthesize
• Sense of customer service and organization
• Bilingual
Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
