SUNU Assurances Vie Cameroon is recruiting an Individual Network Facilitator (F/M)

ASSIGNMENT

Develop and manage a network of Agents with a view to increasing turnover and the contribution of the Individual and Association segments

REQUIRED QUALITIES
• Know the Life insurance sector and its main players
• Have a good knowledge of insurance products Life insurance
• Master Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint office tools
• Be customer oriented

• Respect women and men
Be agile, have a sense of innovation,
• Be results oriented, have a culture of performance,
• Avar good analytical skills and
• Be endowed with interpersonal skills and diplomacy, and have team spirit
• Be responsive and have a good ability to anticipate,
• Be proactive and have a capacity for argumentation

PROFILE

• Bac+2 minimum in Commerce and Sales,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of sales of life insurance products and the commercial network in particular.
