Main functions and responsibilities
Placed under the supervision of the Communications Manager, the infographic designer will assume the
following functions and responsibilities:
Main missions:
In collaboration with the program teams, the responsibilities of the ISA infographist are as
follows:
Design and prepare various documents for printing: reports, newsletters,
guides, press kits, etc.
Propose creative graphics to support communication campaigns and
events: flyers, posters, signs, invitations, t-shirts, etc.
Design creative tools for digital platforms (social networks and
websites), with an emphasis on the most innovative: filters, stickers,
infographics, banners, etc.
Support the production of Social Media Toolkits.
Guarantee consistency between the organization’s brand image, key messages
and creatives.
Carry out regular monitoring to stay up to date with trends in terms of
graphic design.
Collaborate and brainstorm creative solutions with the team.
Be a force for proposing new concepts.
Support photography and videography missions.
Carry out weekly planning of infographic activities according to the
priorities of the program teams.
Any other relevant task assigned by Management.

the Initiative over a period of 3 years (November 6, 2023 – October 31, 2026), renewable.
This project aims to strengthen community engagement in the fight against

I. Qualifications required
Higher diploma in Computer Graphics, Communication, Journalism or any other
related field.
At least 3 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
An interest in the health field would be an asset
Experience in creating Social Network Toolboxes would also be
an asset.
We are looking for a passionate, creative candidate who will be able to work in a
team, be responsive, versatile, organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
