SERVICE SUMMARY
The National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (CENC) is the institution that brings together all the Bishops of the Roman Catholic Church in Cameroon. She is a public juridical person whose mission is to continue to bear witness to the love of Christ to all men so that they may have life in abundance (cf. Jn 10:10). To achieve its objectives in Cameroon, the CENC has a printing press. The printing office of the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (iCENC) is a communication body placed under the supervision of the National Communication Commission, and directly responsible to the national coordination team. In order to revitalize it, the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon is launching a call for tenders for the recruitment of an Infographer-Graphic Designer. He/she will be responsible for boosting the production of ICENC and giving it back its reputation.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Computer Graphic Designer will work in close collaboration with the Head of Production under the control of the National Coordination of Communication to accomplish the mission that the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon has assigned to him. He/she will ensure that the montages and computer graphics work are executed professionally and delivered on time. He/she will put his/her experience in the field of computer graphics to good use.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Graphic Designer has the following responsibilities:
Receive the documents to be edited from the production manager or the national coordinators, to whom he is responsible. No assembly work should be performed without their knowledge.

Report any technical problem to the production manager Demonstrate professionalism and seriousness at work Always
submit the first draft of the layouts to the production manager for control
Ensure the approval of the production manager before any printing work Execute immediately all assembly work in order to allow the production manager to present it to the customer for validation Inform the production manager in the event of unavailability
Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and the maintenance of the working equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Hold a Diploma in Computer Graphics;
Have already worked in computer graphics for at least five (05) years;
Have worked in editing tabloid newspapers;
Mastery of editing tools and software; Excellent time management skills.
Personal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use common sense.
Good relationship management skills and ability to work closely with management.
Proactivity, results and service orientation
Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
Experience in teamwork.
Foreign language required/desired: Must be bilingual with a working knowledge of English and French.

Internal: operators, collaborators.
