Recruitment Notice: INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT MANAGER
ASSIGNMENT
Reporting to the General Management, the Information System Project Manager will have the following main missions:
• Translate the client’s request into a suitable IT solution;
• Assist operational departments in defining their needs;
• Design the specifications based on the needs of the various operational departments and taking into account the various constraints, in particular technical, budgetary and deadlines,
• Coordinate the project and ensure that costs and deadlines are respected,
• Prepare an operating report for the attention of the hierarchy
• Develop IT solutions and integrate them into the company:
• Monitor the project;
• Develop applications as needed,
• Ensure the maintenance and follow the evolution of the project;
• Play the role of intermediary between the ERP service provider and BEETLE HERITAGE;
• Analyze the needs of the company and define the best implementation strategy to ensure the implementation of the software and the monitoring of this management tool
ACTIVITIES
Definition of all the technical phases of the project
• Elaborate the general technical specifications of the project on the basis of the specifications (functional), according to the technical architecture and the requirements in terms of security;
• Write the detailed (technical) specifications of the project;
• Assess the risks (costs, deadlines, etc.) that may arise during the implementation;
• Define the needs in terms of human resources and technical skills;
• Coordinate the collection of needs from staff;
• Finalize the drafting of the specifications for the competition;
• Participate in the determining choice of the ERP / Participate in the selection of the ERP service provider;
• Lead, monitor and coordinate the project;
• Set up the structures of the project and its operating rules (methods, management tools, indicators, etc.);
• Define the objectives and deadlines for achieving the deliverables (applications, modules, specific development, etc.);
• Choose and allocate resources, according to the technical constraints of the project;
• Manage and measure progress (creation of dashboards, choice of indicators, planning of steering committees, etc.);
• Organize and animate the steering committees with the General Management;
• Transfer on a regular basis to the hierarchy the dashboards on the state of progress of the project;
• Supervise and coordinate the work of all internal and/or external actors;
• Validate the deliverables and ensure that they comply with the specifications.
• Organize, train and support users for optimal use of the ERP;
• Monitor and deploy the Enterprise Resource Planning software package within the company;
• Organize with the service provider, the implementation of the ERP in BHH and its entities, until commissioning;
• Ensure compliance with the defined schedule;
• Coordinate the presence and participation of business referents by process;
• Monitor the use by the ERP teams;
• Contribute to improving the use of ERP and report malfunctions to the service provider and the hierarchy;
• Play the role of intermediary with the company providing the ERP (developments, level 4 maintenance);
• Ensure proper use of the ERP;
• Propose the improvement of business processes;
• Ensure the consistency of the processing of information in order to be able to unify the information at the level of the Holding;
• Participate in operational monitoring;
• Also ensure the maintenance of level 1, 2 and 3 service
Test and technical acceptance
• Plan and organize unit and load tests
• Monitor production and deployment
• Ensure the correction of anomalies
PROFILE
Holder of an engineering degree in computer science, networks and/or telecommunications / Master’s degree in computer science, networks and telecommunications.
Have 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Have strong computer skills, particularly in systems and database integration;
Have knowledge of the main programming languages and platforms;
Have knowledge of ERP tools and their configuration;
Have the ability to translate customer needs into IT solutions;
Have a command of technical English;
Have a good knowledge of the main development tools and a set of application solutions (ERP, CRM, EAI, etc.), databases;
Have knowledge of project management processes and methods (planning, budget, indicators) and certain PMO tools (MS Project)
Have a mastery of modeling methodologies and tools (UML, Merise, etc.)
