Profile Sought
A minimum level of higher education of BAC+3 in information systems or similar training:
Professional experience of 03 years in the same position in financial institutions .
Mastery of English and French

Skills

Excellent knowledge of the operation of IT systems and the security of information systems:
Have a good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards on quality management, ISO 31 000 on risk management, ISO 27 000 on IT security and the ITIL standard on information systems management:
Have a good knowledge of ISO 22 301 and 37 500, CMMI COBIT and ISAE 3402 standards;
Good knowledge of IT law
Comfort in using the company’s business software:
Mastery of IT security techniques,
Main mission

Under the responsibility of the Director of Permanent Control, he defines and manages the security system of the information within the company, it identifies risks and develops the information risk management policy.

Main Responsibilities:

Define the security requirements of the information system;
Define the information security governance of the establishment (including virus policy);
Define and manage the information security system (standards, tools.): Develop the information systems master plan;
Ensure respect for rights regarding the protection of personal data; Communicate and train staff on information security issues
Map technical and functional risks and estimate their criticality: Analyze and understand the origin of a malfunction, incident or accident occurring in the information system;
Develop procedures and information system security charter;
