VISION FINANCE SA IS RECRUITING A (01) INFORMATION
SYSTEMS SECURITY SPECIALIST Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon. Main missions: Attached to the Department of Information Systems and Development at the General Management, the information systems security specialist will have the following missions: – Protection and defense of information systems against any threat; – Detection of vulnerabilities; – Implementation of preventive measures, – Response to security incidents and awareness-raising of teams; – Security audits, intrusion tests and technological monitoring. I. MAIN ACTIVITIES  Define the information system security policy;  Assess risks;  Raise awareness and train in security;  Carry out technical validation of security tools;  Monitor necessary developments,  Carry out technological and prospective monitoring;  Analyze IT specifications in order to assess security risks;  Design and implement security measures as well as data recovery plans;  Install, configure and upgrade security software (e.g., anti-virus programs);  Secure networks through firewalls, password protection and other systems;  Inspect hardware to identify vulnerable access points;  Monitor network activities to identify problems withi

earlier and communicate them to IT teams;  Respond to privacy breaches and malware
threats ;  Act as a security expert and organize training if necessary;  Draft policies and guidelines. SKILLS Basic profile: – Holder of at least a Bac+3 in computer science, information technology or a related field; – Professional certification is an advantage; – And/or 03 years of professional experience in a banking environment;

– And/or 05 years of experience in the IT field;
– And/or 03 years of experience in information systems security.
Technical skills:
– Good knowledge of the information system, urbanization and
IS architecture; – Mastery of the charter for the use of the company
‘s information systems ; – Comfortable with tools related to IT security; – Fluency in English, with a technical approach; – Mastery of the fundamentals in the main areas of ISS; – Knowledge of security technologies and associated tools; – Risk management, cybersecurity policy and ISMS; – Mastery of the different security systems adopted by the company; – Legal skills related to the field of IT security.
