Tasks:
Participate in the development of the commercial strategy Develop customer portfolios (individuals or professionals) Retain and support customers in the evolution of their needs and offer them a range of adapted products Manage and lead teams of commercial advisers, with the aim of to achieve the objectives set by the company Ensure the reporting of indicators and the monitoring of performance.
Profile:
BAC + 4/ +5 in Insurance/Commerce/Marketing or equivalent
+7 years of experience in similar functions in insurance
Mastery of sales and management techniques / Knowledge of the insurance sector (risks, products, public)
