Under the supervision of the Regional Retail Director, your missions are as follows:

Participate in the definition of the regional commercial strategy
Relay and deploy this strategy at regional level
Be a source of proposals in the identification of standard models of commercial animation
Be responsible for boosting and contributing to the development of the Retail market,
Be responsible for the effectiveness of the commercial actions undertaken

Main activities
Have a good knowledge of the Retail market in its scope and implement appropriate action plans to develop this market
Prospectively study the evolution of the Retail market in the Region and have a good understanding of the position of the competition

Identify the training needs of sales teams and propose training solutions, dedicated support
Profile
Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce or equivalent
Confirmed experience in the commercial banking sector (at least 3 years)

Position based in Douala.
