Recruitment notice: Internal Security Manager M/f at HSD-Melt group

Internal Security Manager M/F  is needed to work at HSD-Melt group.

 

 

Responsibilities

– Ensure the protection of company property and buildings against any risk and any act of vandalism;

– Carry out surveillance rounds on the site, outside the buildings and inside the factory;

– Ensure the proper functioning of safety devices and technical equipment, carry out remote monitoring;

– Alert, guide and facilitate the work of intervention teams in the event of an accident;

– Ensure that any individual on the site complies with the safety rules (wearing PPE in the indicated areas, compliance with signage, compliance with authorized access);

– Report to the hierarchy immediately, any dangerous or potentially dangerous event, controllable or not, affecting the security of the company;

– Maintain order within the company, during payroll, evacuation drills, and any other official gathering of employees;

– Comply with all quality, safety and environmental procedures as well as the rules of the profession;

– Manage all the staff of the security department;

– Ensure compliance with and application of the procedures and instructions of the Management System.

 

 

Educational Requirements

Minimum Baccalaureate + 3

Experience Requirements

· 5-7 years minimum in a position of responsibility in a security activity.

 

 

Additional Requirements

· Speak, read and write French/English correctly;

· Be able to stay awake for 12 hours straight regardless of the weather;

· Ability to work day and night regardless of the schedule.
