Description

MISSION AND ACTIVITIES

Monitor stocks

Perform daily monitoring of stock movements
Ensure the exhaustive reporting of transactions from the commercial ERP, analyze and regularize interface suspense
Se reassure the correct invoicing (quantity and value) of the products in the branch and follow the regularization of the suspense
Recognize the costs of approach related to the acquisition of new terminals and accessories
Follow the creation and accounting configuration of the new articles
Calculate the costs of costs of items in stock
Reconcile the estimated costs from the ERP with the calculated costs
Reconcile accounting data (ERP) and data from the commercial platform
Organize, monitor and analyze monthly stock inventories
Adjust the equipment charge for the month (cost of stock sold vs account charges)
Establish the aging stock balance
Calculate and provision for damaged inventory
Calculate and record VAT on sales at a loss
Calculate and record stock depreciation
Analyze perimeter accounts
 

Qualifications

Standard training: BAC + 3/4, option Management or Accounting, Finance, Control and Audit

Minimum experience : 2 years in finance
