La Compagnie fruitière, a company headquartered in Marseille, is the leading fruit producer in the ACP (African Caribbean Pacific
) zone. The group has its own fleet of specialized vessels, with the company AH (Africa Express Une), which provides a maritime transport service

of the best quality for the transport of fruit from the group and from third-party producers. Compagnie Fruitière
also has the largest network of banana ripening plants in Europe with 19 sites spread across 7 countries.
Founded in 1973, PHP, Société des Plantations du Haut Penja, is the Cameroonian subsidiary of Compagnie Fruitière, which produces bananas,
cocoa, pepper, exotic flowers and foliage as well as chocolate in the form of bars. It plays an important economic role in
Cameroon as the country’s leading producer of dessert bananas, with more than 50% of national production. PHP is also recognized for
its ambitious CSR policy. The following certifications or certificates have been awarded to it for all or part of its activities: GloboiGap, Fairtrade,
Iso 14001, Testo Nurture, Sedex, BRC…

MISSION
.:. Design and development of applications and analysis tools
v’ Collect general development needs and translate them into specifications
v’ Develop models and test applications
v’ Design relevant data models to meet expressed needs
v’ Put provide users with applications and analysis tools that meet their needs
v’ Automate, formalize, all the processes put in place to meet their needs
Develop relevant data analysis tools and software solutions or applications intended to solve problems …

MAIN ACTIVITIES

•:. Audit of databases and sources
v’ Audit the consistency of the data present in the databases and sources
v’ Check the consistency between the data in the database or data source and that reported in the analysis tools
and applications
v ‘Automate and formalize the audit and consistency control processes of the data present in the data sources
and analysis tools, or applications

.:. Maintenance and improvement of the data analysis system and existing applications./
Ensure corrective maintenance, debugging of all existing applications and analysis tools./
Update codes, scripts, functionalities according to changes in data sources
existingapplications and analysis tools./
Optimize applications developed or put into production, using new technologies, new processes,
innovation, etc./
Automate and formalize the process

Required profile:
./ Level of studies: minimum BAC + 3 in Computer Science! Software engineering! Information system
./ Minimum 03 years of experience in IT Development
./ Good knowledge of the DBMS and BI tools
./ Good modeling skills
./ Knowledge of the requirements, standards and repositories to which the PHP group is committed
./ Good practice of French and English.
