We are looking for an IT Technician for toll services in Cameroon. Join us !

Under the direction of the IT and maintenance supervisor, the IT Technician will have the following missions:

1. Management

Ensure the maintenance of the office network:
Troubleshoot users
Monitor and manage stock
Manage external links (VPN)
Manage interface rules between the different networks

2. Operation

Intervene on computer breakdowns
Ensure the proper functioning of data exchanges
Monitor system backups and restores
Make corrections and improvements in the management of computer security vulnerabilities
Interface with suppliers

3. Control

Maintain a high level of security on all the IT components of the business network
Maintain the level of IT equipment
Maintain a high level of security on all the IT components of the business network
Ensure that the company’s security policy is respected
4. Reporting

Implementation of IT activity monitoring

BTS/DUT level

Database management (SQL language, good DBA notions)

LAN management

· Successful computer experience.

Ease in the use of computer tools and excellent command of common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
