Job description
As part of the opening of a CRM service center, we are looking for consultants to best support our customers.
Main missions:
• Gathering customer needs and writing specifications,
• Supporting the configuration and integration of CRM tools,
• Supporting the customer during acceptance and getting started with the solution,
• Construction of targeting and customer support in the valorization of their data, • Programming of multi-channel campaigns and automated scenarios, • User support and training.
Description of the profile

Higher education bac +3/5 in computer science.
The qualities required:
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills,
• Communication skills,
• Initiative skills,
• Proactive, dynamic and autonomous.
Technical skills required:
• Webservice, API,

• Languages: Javascript, XML, HTML,
• Knowledge of databases (SQL).
