Assignment : 

Main missions:

• Provide administrative support to the department;
• Follow up and advise on legal issues, agreements and commercial contracts referred to it;
• Ensure compliance with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines in force in the company;
• Draw up administrative and regulatory acts relating to the legal system.

Activities:

• Development and updating of procedures for managing legal affairs;
• Negotiation of certain clauses with the parties to the contract;
• Analysis of legal files and proposal of a line of defense;
• Legal and prospective monitoring;
• Development or validation of commercial contracts;
• Management of litigation and pre-litigation files;
• Follow-up of ongoing legal cases with the Head of Department;
• Advice and legal assistance to heads of departments;
• Raising awareness of services to risks (legal / ethical) in a compliance approach.

Profile : 

• Bac +4/5 in Law;
• 7-8 years of experience;
• Essential experience in collection and litigation.

Level of studies: MAITRISE / BAC+4

Specialization: Legal / Taxation

Level of experience: Experienced (from 6 to 10 years)

Languages: 
French: Fluent
English: Good practice
