PE NOTICE RECRUITMENT OF AN EXPERIENCED LAWYER
As part of strengthening its operations, People Finance (PeFi) SA is looking for an experienced lawyer.

1. REQUIRED PROFILE
Interested individuals must meet the following conditions.
Age: 30 years minimum
Diploma: Minimum master’s degree or Master’s degree in business law or equivalent, Experience: Three (03) years minimum in a lawyer’s or bailiff’s office is an asset, Be of
good moral character
Have the ability to work under pressure Immediate availability
2. MISSIONS
Support and advise the commercial line in the process of taking and finalizing guarantees as part of the credit granting activity
Carry out efficient monitoring of litigation cases in defense, as well as the legal recovery of debts
Carefully monitor the impacts on customer accounts (preservative seizures and ATD) and minimize the legal risk for PeFi SA • Monitor and analyze all requests that could come from other entities of the institution, as well as any other task entrusted by the hierarchy
