Job description
The main missions of Legal Manager:
Negotiation of contracts
Participation in the negotiation of contracts;
Drafting of conventions, contracts, agreements and memorandum of understanding;
Supervision in the development and implementation of contracts
Advice and assistance to operational units
Legal support for operational teams in their activities
Assistance to subsidiary entities in compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force;
Treatment of various complaints that may have legal implications and received from the entities of the subsidiary.
Prevention of disputes
Sensitization of operational teams on the legal risks related to their activities;
Research and proposal of the legal bases for the defense of the company in the event of a claim;
Legal consultations with Lawyers if necessary;
Ensures legal compliance of all agreements, contracts and all acts of the company.
Pre-litigation and litigation management
Claims management;
Participation in the legal protection of the company in order to prevent litigation
Addresses response elements to the various complaints from third parties in relation to the directorates/departments/services concerned;
Litigation management;
Representation of the company before the Administrations.
Regulatory monitoring
Maintenance of an information network, strategies for collecting and disseminating legislative and regulatory texts;
Constitution of a legal documentation of the company;
Implementation of the regulation of deposits in accordance with the legislation in force and the standards of the Company.
Debt collection
Proposal of debt collection strategies;
Follow-up in pairs with AJA of judicial amicable recovery

Changing legal and regulatory environment
Difficult access to legal texts
Reduction of litigation risk
Profile sought
Master’s degree in Private Law / Business Law
Experience in a law firm is an asset
Tenacity, spirit initiative and anticipation,
Rigor, proactivity, work method and organization
Good knowledge of and compliance with procedures related to the activity
Good command of IT tools (reliable reporting)
Good ability to write letters and reports
Information complementary
The candidate must have good knowledge of business law
