Recruitment Notice: Loan Officer, Microfinance
Microfinance based in Douala is currently looking for 01 Credit Agent for the needs of operations management.
Missions / Responsibilities: Placed under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, the Credit Agent’s main missions will be to:
• Create, manage, develop and retain a client portfolio;
• Monitor customer transactions and complaints;
• Implement strategies to boost the income generated by the client portfolio;
• Monitor the repayment of granted loans;
• Any other task entrusted to him.
Required profile: Level of studies: BAC + 3 in management sciences or social sciences.
