DEVELOPER OF LOCAL TOURISM
A- Missions and main activities:

In collaboration with local actors (tour guides, travel agencies, hoteliers, restaurateurs) the person in charge of the development of Local Tourism coordinates and promotes projects to improve the offer sightseeing. To this end, it develops and conducts a territorial and sectoral watch to detect new trends and propose an innovative tourist offer: thematic stays, adventure travel, ecological tourism… its objective, to increase the attractiveness and tourist flow in the city. of Douala by revealing its finest treasures.

To carry out this mission, he will have to build a very extensive network of partners and professionals. He must also be unbeatable on his territory.
B- Profile sought:
  Training: Bac + 3 minimum in tourism, regional planning, geography, economy, Professional experience: one (03) year minimum;
  Type of experience: Tourism, communication, management and development of tourism; management of tourism projects; cultural tourism and territories: project engineering; territorial development advice; Age: 25-45 years old; Gender: Indifferent.
C- Major skills required (Being able to):
  Knowledge of communities, institutions and public actors, actors in the promotion and marketing of tourism,
  Great qualities of communication and animation;
  Practice of foreign languages;
  Build and lead multidisciplinary teams,

  Write sometimes complex reports and studies to follow the project through to completion.
D- Qualities and assets:
  Good knowledge of the territory of the City of Douala,
