Recruitment notice: LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE MANAGER at Cimencam

The CEMENTERIE DU CAMEROUN (CIMENCAM) is looking for the needs of its services 01 LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE MANAGER

MAIN MISSION

Lead the various aspects of the supply chain (including demand planning, supply planning, customer service, transportation, warehousing and distribution) to deliver quality products in a timely manner within budget to ensure customer satisfaction, support company growth, volume and profit objectives.

PROFILE/KEY SKILLS

Min Bac + 5, Logistics or Engineering training (MBA desirable);
At least 07 years of professional experience in a similar function with at least 03 years of experience in an industrial environment;
Good knowledge of planning and sales forecasting
Ability to use ERP dedicated to the business;
Proficiency in Excel;
Fluency in English and French.

HE/SHE MUST HAVE:
A good ability to work in a team;
Excellent analytical skills as well as excellent quality of presentation;
Good experience in managing teams of various functions;
A good ability to work in a group and deliver results on time;
A good ability to work on several projects in a pressured environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor its various areas of activity;
Develop and maintain synergy between commercial and logistics functions to ensure that supply constraints and customer requirements are met;
Drive action plans to deliver results on time;
Contribute to the optimization of raw material costs through control of transport costs;
Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) vis-à-vis the stakeholders;
Ensure regular reporting of logistics performance;
Coordinate the execution of projects initiated with Group Logistics;
Propose innovative solutions and actions for a better profitability of the supply chain;
Analyze the various reports issued in the delivery services and ensure their consistency;
Ensure the effectiveness of S&OP Systems;
Prepare a monthly activity report;
Measure overall performance via OTIF and other performance indicators.
