OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Manager manages the improvement of production equipment and its adaptation to changes in the organization or technologies. He is responsible for a budget to guarantee the production unit and more generally the company, the proper functioning of its equipment, its safety and the improvement of its performance.
ACTIVITIES
The Maintenance Manager will be called upon to:
Organize, plan, monitor maintenance work
Develop the preventive and regulatory maintenance schedule for the various equipment by managing priorities, safety and production constraints, with or without the help of a CMMS system (Computer Aided Maintenance Management)
React in the event of a breakdown problem and solve problems quickly
Solve anomalies identified by production/maintenance (anomaly tables)
Organize multidisciplinary scuba diving before each production shutdown for maintenance (structured field trip)
Manage relations with manufacturers and suppliers of parts and tools for maintenance
Control the interventions carried out, propose improvements in the performance of the machines in terms of costs and rate ofuse
Manage the 5s activities in his department

Take stock of the tools of the maintenance department and propose new tools to improve the maintenance work of the equipment
Ensure the updating of the maintenance plates at the feet of the machines
Animate the daily ritual of the maintenance department (following the 6 axes of performance)
Deploy visual management on the equipment within its scope
Manage the maintenance budget.
Implementation and monitoring of technical equipment maintenance:
Preventive maintenance plan for production equipment and annexes (boilers, Schiller, air compressors, water treatment, etc.)
Regulatory maintenance plan for equipment (valves, balloons, probes, balloons, hoist, trolleys)
Quality control of the
service Technological and regulatory watch
Monitoring of consumption and optimization of costs:
Energy saving water, air, steam, diesel, cold (Lean, reduction of waste)
Optimize the consumption of spare parts during preventive and corrective maintenance Lead
your team
Organize a daily update with the maintenance teams (maintenance ritual)
Monitor the progress of resolution of anomalies (management of blocking points for correcting anomalies)
Ensure compliance with the internal/external training schedule of the Deputy Technical Department
Anticipating developments
Guarantor of the technical document management of the equipment under his responsibility.
Prepare short, medium and long term budgets for development, research and investments
Negotiate and manage investment projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
PROFILE
Academic level: BAC +5 in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent in the industrial field (design, architecture, construction, mechanical manufacturing, etc.)
Additional training and/or qualifications: Project Management, Structural Sizing, use of management software (SAGE, etc.)
Professional experience: 05 years minimum experience in the field of maintenance of agro-industrial machinery
Maximum age: 40 years

Good knowledge of industrial production equipment
Management of preventive maintenance of equipment (anticipating breakdowns)
Control and monitoring of machine hour counters (conditional maintenance)
Analyze root causes major equipment malfunctions
Ability to analyze decisions when faced with a problem
Mastery of spare parts management (anticipate needs)
Good communication skills;
