– MISSION OF THE POST

Under the supervision of the GROUP TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, the incumbent will be responsible for:
· Planning maintenance and repair operations for industrial machinery (grinder, extruder, etc.).
– MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Organize, manage and supervise the work of the maintenance department of the production plant;
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team;
• Monitor and control the quality of the various maintenance interventions
• Ensure an improvement of production equipment and its adaptation to organizational changes
• Ensure the proper functioning and performance of the maintenance department
• Manage human and material resources for maintenance and provide them with technical support
• Manage the department (indicator and process)
• Design and improve maintenance procedures
• Develop provisional maintenance schedules: anticipate, plan and manage priorities
• Optimize the maintenance budget
• Manage improvement and investment projects
• Monitor the safety of equipment and personnel
• Other specific missions that the technical director deems necessary.
