For the needs of its services, the Factory Management of LA PASTA SA is looking for candidates in the town of Kribi for the position of:

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – KRIBI (1)

PURPOSE:

To ensure the operation of devices and equipment of production on time with optimal cost
MAIN MISSIONS:

Organize the work teams to ensure the availability of equipment
Carry out preventive and curative maintenance work
Ensure the effective performance of the calibration of metrology devices
Ensure compliance with safety instructions, good working practices hygiene and manufacturing
Issue requests for the supply of spare parts
Monitor the stock of spare parts in the store
Coordinate the activities of his team
Monitor the energy consumption of the plant

PROFILE / SKILLS:

Bac +3 in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent, with a professional experience of 06 years minimum within a maintenance team of a factory, including 2 years as a manager
Or
Bac + 2 / DUT in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, or equivalent , with 7 years of experience in an agri-food factory
Experience as a manager would be an asset
Excellent knowledge of materials used in an industrial environment
Good knowledge of software (CMMS, etc.), programmable logic controllers (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) )
