Hysacam SA is recruiting an experienced Management Controller (M/F) for its service needs.

Its main missions
The management controller must
Produce economic and financial analyzes of the company
Develop forecast activity plans
Apply and enforce management procedures and tools Participate in improving the company’s performance, Monitor the evolution of the company’s financial results.

His skills
The management controller must be able to
Analyze financial risks,
Establish a master budget plan,
Develop management indicators,
Collect important information from operational functions,
Provide technical assistance in terms of management and cost studies,
Have a great critical sense combined with excellent observation, analysis and synthesis skills,
Have interpersonal skills based on listening, a sense of dialogue and the ability to communicate diplomatically,
Have a good command of French and great writing skills
Be rigorous and have integrity, demonstrate impartiality and respect the ethical and professional rules of the profession;
Have good knowledge of corporate law and Cameroonian and international regulations;
use MICROSOFT Word, Excel, Project, etc. software well.

His profile
Aged at most 35, the candidate must hold a master’s degree in accounting and finance and have at least 5 years’ experience in a management controller position, ideally in an accounting consulting firm. . He must be full of energy, dynamic, committed, honest and disciplined.
