Action Contre la Faim is an international, non-political, non-confessional and non-profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). For our operations in Cameroon, we are looking for:

 

 




 

 

AN ADMIN FINANCE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

Base of attachment:                               Maroua

Number of positions:                                      1

Contract duration:                                       12 months

Start date:                                            March 2023

Supervised by:                                            Field Coordinator

Location:                                              Maroua

Gross salary for the category: ( According to the current Action Against Hunger salary scale)

 

 

 




 

 

Purpose of the position : Ensure the financial and HR management of the base in compliance with the procedures defined for the mission and the Action Contre la Faim rules to ensure the best support for the programs

 

Mission 1  : Manage the activity

Mission 2  : Ensure compliance with financial rules in the supply chain

Mission 3 : Supervise the accounting of the base

Mission 4  : Ensure cash management

 

 

 

 

 

Mission 5  : Ensure the management of Human Resources

Mission 6 : Implement and monitor collaboration and financial, budgetary and HR coordination with mission partners

Mission 7  : Supervise and support the base Finance and HR teams

Diplomas/Level of studies/Experience:

Higher degree in Economics, Finance or Management Sciences.

Good skills in Human Resources Management;

Solid experience in finance, HR and management (5 years) and in a similar position would be appreciated.

A professional experience of 2 years in NGOs is desirable

Humanitarian experience would be an asset;

Experience in project management and financial management would be a plus;

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE

 

The Action Against Hunger recruitment procedure includes 3 key steps:

  1.  A pre-selection based on the file submitted (only candidates whose skills and experience correspond to the profile described in the offer are selected for the written test)
  2.  A written technical test
  3.  An oral interview
