Manager Customer Compliance Operation – (2300008Q)
Description MISSIONS & MAIN ACTIVITIES · Ensure the availability, quality and regulatory compliance of KYC Data § Implement the tools to collect, store, manage and disseminate data correct, usable and good quality identification data § Ensure the production and provision of relevant dashboards and indicators of the KYC scope (by segment and by market) § Control the integrity, precision and completeness of the data relating to identification § Conduct performance analyzes and guide and influence the required managerial decisions ·
Ensure the operational implementation of the Company’s identification strategy § Ensure the implementation and management of transversal implementation initiatives in regulatory compliance of subscribers in all markets (Telcos, OM, B2C, B2B) and monitor their effectiveness § Propose, plan and manage all corrective actions of subscribers to reduce non-compliance in base § Carry out analyzes and diagnostics, then define needs and recommendations for action § Ensure interfacing with the professions, technical project management, progress, control and reporting of initiatives § Establish appropriate governance and interact with the decision-making and operational stakeholders of the different stakeholders § Organize and supervise the basic cleaning actions required: alignments, suspensions, corrections, etc. § Manage risks (financial, human, technical) from end-to-end: anticipation, identification, implementation of corrective actions · Ensure the implementation and proper application of end-to-end KYC regulatory requirements § Manage compliance checks of tools and bases according to the regulatory provisions in force § Manage the quality of the identification chain, from acquisitions and verifications to updates of customer information § Control regulatory compliance of the devices implemented in place, methods and adequacy of end-to-end processes § Define appropriate quality plans, ensure their smooth running and control them § Identify risks and bottlenecks, anticipate them and implement the plans necessary management § Ensure the provision of regulatory statistics during audits and controls § Prepare control missions and manage the implementation of corrections · Supervise, lead and develop your team
