Europe Afrique Intérim (EAI), a company specializing in outsourcing and
human resources management, is recruiting a
large, prestigious bank for instead, a B2B analysis and management manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop the bank’s commercial relationship and profitability with
key accounts (strategic customers and complex financial products).
– You supervise a team of account managers.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
– Undertake commercial procedures and ensure the implementation of
operations carried out by business managers.
– Maintain a high-level relationship with the decision-makers interlocutors
within Key Accounts customers.
– Develop cross-selling for all the bank’s products.
– Ensure the assembly of structured financing files.
– Analyze risks and carry out the necessary controls in
risk management.
– Guarantee the good achievement of the financial and commercial objectives fixed
beforehand.
– Animate the networks.
– Be the guarantor of the Bank’s image with networks and
customers/prospects.
– Ensure the respective roles of each within the Banks and
prescribers.
– Implement the Commercial Action Plan.
– Inform business managers of Key Accounts solutions.
– Identify potential targets by being proactive.
– Be responsible for the commercial strategy.
– Promote and market the entire range of Key
Accounts products.
– Prepare appointments (verify targeting, develop the
sales strategy)
– Organize and achieve targeted appointments.
– Negotiate with the prospect.
– Set up and ensure the start of files
– Be responsible for the risk policy.
– Prepare the file: from editing to presentation to the acceptance committee
– Ensure the proper start of the files and their completeness with regard to
compliance.

EXPERIENCE
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience for work of the same
nature.

– BAC+5 Banking, Finance
– Good negotiation and persuasion skills
– Ability to make decisions and sense of risk
– Ability to analyze and synthesize
– Essential practice of English for international customers
– Mastery of sales and prospecting techniques
– Mastery of financial analysis
– Mastery of computer tools (office automation, software related to job)
– Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
– Availability and ability to manage pressure
– Interpersonal skills
