The company Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC SA.). looking for a “management assistant” meeting the profile described below for service needs:
POSITION MISSION

Placed under the authority of the General Director, the Executive Assistant ensures the administrative management of the hierarchy’s activities. The purpose of the position is to guarantee maximum performance.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:

– Ensure management of the reception of internal and external contacts;
– Keep the agenda up to date and prepare the General Director’s travels;
– Provide secretarial services (supervise sorting, registration of mail, transmission, classification of documents, entry, formatting, distribution, postage, archiving of files);
– Manage the logistical aspects of the secretariat and meetings (stock management of office supplies, photocopier);
– Ensure note-taking during meetings, then write up minutes, reports and minutes.

HOW TO APPLY:

– Be at least 35 years old;
– Hold a degree in business organization and administrative management/equivalent;
– Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field
The application file must be submitted to the ADC SA Mail Department no later than September 29, 2023 ,
– A handwritten letter of motivation for the notice of call for applications addressed to the Managing Director,
– A resume;
– A photocopy of the CNI;
– A photocopy of the required diploma;
– Any document proving professional experience.
