BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting for one of its clients, in the pharmaceutical and biomedical products distribution sector:
ONE (01) MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER (Ref. RMC0122)
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your main missions will be:

• Develop the company’s marketing strategy;
• Identify and implement tools for market knowledge and strategic monitoring in order to
monitor the practices of competitors and those of companies in the sector at the national level and
international ;
• Define the company’s marketing policy and then develop the communication strategy;
• Participate in the development and implementation of trade policy;
• Develop, implement or improve marketing methods;
• Analyze the company’s communication capabilities;
• Analyze the market (customer needs and expectations) and detect development opportunities,
• Organize, coordinate and lead the marketing team;
