Mission / Job description:
Under the management of General Management, you will be mainly responsible for:

Propose and deploy a solid Acquisition Marketing strategy, including in particular the acquisition of prospects via our Customer Relations Center, the generation of leads via our digital channels, or the formalization of a sponsorship program.
Define a specific marketing mix for each commercial segment (products, services, channels);
Propose the marketing strategy by segment, by product/service in collaboration with the Sales Director, Agency Network management and the departments involved in accordance with the strategic orientations of the subsidiary;
Supervise and support the Managers of the different areas of need, the marketing managers & the community manager in achieving their objectives and in the execution of all the operating activities of the Marketing department.
Supervise the activities of the Customer Relations Center
Analyze the market and competition (benchmarking) in order to ensure good positioning of the company’s products and services;
Ensure the reporting of its activities and compliance with the company’s internal processes.

 

 

 

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

Implement and manage the marketing plan by defining for each marketing operation: the objectives of the campaign, the target segments, the hook messages, the mechanism of each operation, the quantitative and qualitative objectives, the mix of communication channels and media mix, budget;
Measure the impacts (commercial impact and profitability) of the marketing operations implemented and propose improvement actions;
Ensure that the prospecting kit is updated and that it is available to the commercial network.
Make the communication media file available to service providers in the appropriate computer format.
Be the guarantor of the integrity of the Advans brand;
Ensure that any use of the brand, logo and its components without distinction strictly complies with the Group Graphic Charter;
Define and implement the quality of service commitment policy, in order to ensure an optimal customer and prospect experience across all of our points of contact: agency network, call center, digital networks, etc.
Define and implement the customer satisfaction measurement system: continuous measurement and one-off measurement;
Make the Customer Relations Center the cornerstone of the loyalty, retention and cross-selling strategy;
Implement and run the customer loyalty program. Periodically monitor its effectiveness;
Supervise the proper execution of the marketing monitoring procedure. Consolidate, analyze the results and continuously propose recommendations to General Management;
Identify, propose and validate the list of marketing studies and research necessary to achieve overall commercial objectives and in accordance with strategic orientations.

 

 

Write and update market research procedures such as questionnaires, tender documents or animation guides and operating procedures for using different tools (survey monkey, etc.) in the event of study to be carried out internally.
Guarantee the implementation of the group’s Web and social media policy;
Set up and lead a publication committee in order to establish a coherent calendar of
publication and periodic inventory of online content updates (including intranet);
Lead, maintain, develop and “transform” the digital community of the Advans brand through regular and scheduled publications of quality digital content developed in conjunction with the different departments;
Profile / Profile:
Level of studies: Bac + 4/5 business school, specialization in Marketing and
Communication or Management in General

EXPERIENCE:
Two years minimum experience in sales and management of
marketing teams and projects
Experience in banking or microfinance is an asset.
