The ARCHIPEL CM training firm is looking for a partner company for  a MARKETING ASSISTANT  .
 REQUIRED PROFILE :



– Age: 25-35 years old
– Required experience: 3 years minimum as a marketing assistant.
– Language: English and French
– Gender: Male/Female
– Bac +3/5 level training in Marketing; commerce; communication

MISSIONS:     

Business intelligence and statistical analysis

* Ensure a competitive watch: learn about regulations and market trends, perform benchmarks, monitor the launch of competing products/services;
* Participate in the conduct and analysis of market studies (test new products or services, study consumer expectations, identify personas) in order to produce reports and adapt tools.
Production of sales support tools
* Communicate to the sales department market and regulatory developments (articles, surveys, infographics, calendar of events, etc.) via, for example, an internal newsletter or a dedicated intranet;
* Produce or monitor the creation of visual aids for sales such as catalogues, advertising media, point-of-sale advertising (advertising at points of sale: posters, advertisements, exhibition stands, etc.), product brochures, web inserts, etc.;
* Follow the production of printed and digital media: quote, order, validation of the proof to print (BAT), distribution, follow-up of deliveries;
* Monitor the production of multimedia content (videos, podcasts, photo shoots, etc.);
* sales pitches and sales documentation and communicate them to the sales teams.

 

Implementation of the operational marketing plan
* Conduct direct marketing campaigns (telemarketing, e-mailing, sms, addressed letters, newsletters, etc.) in order to increase sales and/or build customer loyalty: target identification, writing, design, programming, sending and results monitoring;
* Coordinate event logistics and advertising promotion operations (reservation of space, assembly of exhibition stands, organization of commercial presence, coordination of animation, etc.) such as workshops, meetings, conferences, trade fairs or other events for promotional purposes.
Performance analysis
*Build and update marketing activity monitoring tables;
*Measure the profitability and effectiveness of a marketing campaign by analyzing the movement of sales and the user experience in order to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales strategy;
* Evaluate customer satisfaction by monitoring and analyzing the behavior of the target audience via, for example, surveys, actions in the field (at trade fairs, street marketing actions, etc.), online operations (e-mailing, contests, publications on social networks, etc.) or incoming contacts (after-sales service, emails, comments on digital platforms, etc.).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      REQUIRED SKILLS 
* Excellent command of office tools (Office pack: PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
* Good command of IT tools for graphic creation (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.);
* Knowledge of e-mailing management software (Mailchimp, Sendinblue…);
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Good knowledge of digital marketing tools: SEO (Search Engine Optimization: to improve natural referencing), SEA (Search Engine Advertising: to associate advertising links with search results), SMO (Social Media Optimization: to improve visibility of a website or a brand on social networks)…;
* Excellent command of the French language (syntax, spelling, vocabulary, style);
* Good command of marketing tools and techniques: segmentation, market analyses, etc.
