Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the Communication – Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative tasks.

Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities

The communicator-marketist assistant’s responsibilities include helping to organize campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

This work will be of essential importance for the proper functioning of the Marketing department and the achievement of its objectives, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of department activities
Support marketing managers in organizing various projects
Conduct market research and analyze customer review reports/questionnaires
Use marketing analytics techniques to collect important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
Maintain spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Help organize and attend promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Compose and publish online content on the company website and social media accounts
Write marketing documentation (brochures, press articles, etc.) to strengthen the company’s presence on the market
Communicate directly with customers and promote relationships of trust

Requirements

Proven experience as a marketing assistant
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Well-organized mind coupled with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma ; a degree in marketing, business or a similar field will be a great asset
