As part of its missions, the African Society for the Manufacturing of Wines and Spirits (SAFVIS SA) located at MAGZI
-MVAN (Yaoundé) is looking for its services:
“(01) Marketing Executive”
Under the responsibility Directly from the Marketing Director, the Marketing executive will have the following mission:
♦ Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing policy;
♦ Develop a communication and promotion strategy in collaboration with salespeople and
product managers;

♦ organize promotional and communication actions including advertising, press,
specific material with the communications and public relations manager;
♦ Animation, participation in trade fairs and exhibitions;
♦ Forecast sales based on statistics and promotional actions;
♦ Ensure marketing monitoring and develop new ranges;
♦ Develop and improve product databases and customer files;
♦ Carry out satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements;
♦ Carry out market studies and competition studies;
♦ Manage the marketing budget;
♦ Design, create and update marketing tools: catalogs, prices, advertising leaflets,
product sheets, descriptions, sales pitches, etc.;
♦ Establish and stimulate a marketing culture, a sense of customer-oriented service;
♦ Set objectives and monitor the results of different operations/campaigns;
♦ Train and inform the marketing team and salespeople;

 ❖ Profile sought
♦ Minimum Bacc+4 in Marketing/Commerce/Sales
♦ Minimum five (5) years of experience in the agro-industrial sector and in mass distribution
♦ experience in the marketing of wines and spirits (an asset)
♦ Great interpersonal skills
♦ Leadership & Planning
♦ Autonomy & Taking initiative
♦ Good verbal and written communication
♦ Stress tolerance
