Recruitment notice: MARKETING MANAGER

BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for a (01) MARKETING MANAGER M/F for its headquarters based in Douala .

 

The Marketing Manager attached to the Marketing and Strategy Department will be responsible for:

Ø  Ensure the implementation of the annual marketing action plan;

Ø  Supervise the marketing team;

 

 

Ø  Understand and formalize market and distribution needs (competitive monitoring trend analysis, benchmarking, etc.);

Ø  Product roadmap;

Ø  Implement and implement the brand strategy and product strategy;

Ø  Ensure the implementation of national events;

Ø  Ensure performance monitoring and analysis .

PROFILE

–          Academic level: Minimum Bac+4/5 in marketing/commerce/sales or equivalent;

–           Have proven experience in mass distribution/agri-food and field marketing  ;

–          Professional experience: 06 to 10 years of experience in a similar position ;

–          Managerial and organizational aptitude;

–          Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack);

–          Have a perfect command of French and English (spoken and written).
