TDR MANAGER OF MARKETING STUDIES

Work period : Annual Renewable

Trial period : 3 months renewable once

CONTEXT

For almost 25 years, the ICCNET group has been performing in the fields of telecoms, hospitality, finance and, more recently, industry, through 7 companies (Matrix Télécoms SA, ICCSOFT SA, RESYTAL, ADAC (Africa Data Center), LA VALLEE DE BANA, CCEC-SA, GFC).

We are recruiting a Research Manager within the marketing department, whose responsibility will be to carry out marketing studies and monitor marketing and sales policies within the Group’s entities.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Under the general supervision of the CEO of the Holding and the direct supervision of the Marketing Director, the position holder will be responsible for:

Design study plans (competitive intelligence, customer satisfaction, market shares, perception, etc.): definition of tools (quantitative and/or qualitative market studies), determination of means (sample of consumers or users, interviews, surveys, polls, questionnaires, etc.).
Collect, use and analyze information (statistical method and techniques, creation of dynamic cross tables, data processing in terms of CRM customer relations, etc.).
Write summary and analysis reports, presentation of results and recommendations to guide the decisions to be made.
Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing policies.
Propose marketing strategies resulting from studies (new products, pricing strategies, promotional offers, sales pitches, etc.)
Initiate and maintain relationships with partners (survey institute, advertising agency, documentation center, investigators, etc.).
Create and regularly update the prospecting database for better targeting during prospecting actions. Collect and update all information likely to be the subject of questions from the client.
Transmit useful information to other competent departments within the Holding.

Technical skills sought:

Bac +5 in Strategic Marketing Or diploma.
3 years of experience in the field.
Marketing, Communication,
Commerce and sales

Required knowledge :

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software (SPHING or SPSS) and online applications (CRM tools, etc.).
Crisis management
Project management
Customer relationship management

Language skills

Fluent French
English is a plus

Skills

Sense of organization and rigor.
