For the needs of its services, the Factory Management of LA PASTA SA is looking in the city of Douala for candidates for the position of:

QUARTER MILLER – EMPLOYEE CATEGORY (1)
PURPOSE:

Ensure the execution of the shift work plan, in accordance with the production and quality assurance plan, while ensuring the reporting of production data and the preservation of equipment and manufacturing tools
MAIN MISSIONS:

Launch production operations of the shift according to the production plan
Ensure the proper adjustment of production machines
Ensure online quality control of work in progress
Ensure compliance with the intervention procedure (GMAO) of his shift and the effectiveness of the actions of corrective maintenance carried out
Establish the production report of his shift (physical and in X3)
Implement the planned hygienic maintenance activities of the mill equipment
Apply and enforce good hygiene and manufacturing practices during his shift
Ensure the relay of the animation of the safety and hygiene culture in his team
Ensure the management of his shift team

PROFILE / SKILLS:

Hold a a Scientific or Technical Baccalaureate
Proof of professional experience of at least 5 years as an operator in a mill
Having professional experience in a similar position or with management would be an asset
Having knowledge of milling technology and its developments, Interpretation of analyzes rheological, physico-chemical, microbiological and in production management
