Location: Douala

The main mission is to support the origination of commercial transactions and to ensure, in close collaboration with the back office teams, the proper execution of all commercial transactions initiated by the team.

Main activities

Assist the Front Office in the origination and execution of commercial transactions.
The processing of customer requests in relation to letters of credit, international guarantees and documentary remittances, Foreign Exchange transactions in close collaboration with the Back Office teams and the support functions (Compliance, Legal, Risks, etc.) in relation to all operational issues.

Follow-up of the treatment throughout the life cycle of the operation and follow-up with the back office and the client.
Support for the KYC process (companies and correspondent banks)
Regular contact with client companies
Management and monitoring of compliance of delegated clients
Administrative coordination of the Premium Desk – Customer follow-up
Daily transmission to delegated clients of information on the foreign exchange markets
Detection of business opportunities

Profile
Business skills :In-depth knowledge of Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products and services (L/C, international guarantees, Spot Foreign Exchange and Forward Foreign Exchange, etc.), knowledge of Compliance and Profitability approaches, knowledge of CEMAC foreign exchange regulations, computer skills including mastery of pack Office.

Behavioral skills: Result orientation, Customer orientation, Good interpersonal skills, Team spirit, Proactivity and adaptability, Rigor and autonomy, Good organizational and communication skills.

Profile of the candidate

Minimum BAC + 3 in Management, Banking and Finance or any related discipline.
Minimum 01 year of professional experience in commercial banking or international operations
