Money Transfer & After-Sales Service Manager

MAIN MISSIONS
• Develop the strategic action plan in collaboration with your hierarchy and direct the activity in accordance with the strategic orientations of SCB and the Attijariwafa Group Bank;
• Set performance objectives for teams and evaluate achievements;
• Ensure the monitoring and processing of customer complaints;
• Monitor money transfer operations (Wafacash, MoMo, MAD); • Ensure the monitoring of customer file operations regarding the use of cards internationally;
• Ensure the monitoring of transit accounts, outstanding unpaid debts and compensation in collaboration with accounting and accounting control;
• Implement the management tools necessary to monitor each activity.

SKILLS
• Banking and electronic payment regulations;
• Electronic payment products and services;
• Team management;
• Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Powercard, Amplitude);
• Knowledge of accounting.
PROFILE
• Bac +3 in Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance;
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years of seniority in electronic banking.
