MONITORING.EVALUATION
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will provide his services with care. diligently and in a manner that demonstrates professional competence and sense of dedication to the best interest of “child in carrying out the duties below _
     Develop a database for the constitution of a reliable information base of the project.
     Develop monitoring-evaluation tools to collect information to inform the various elements of the logical framework and follow-up gradually Ensure monitoring and collect information On interventions, and access of target groups to different services (social cohesion component) .
     Develop the architecture of an IT system for managing the data collected 
     Make the information available to MEAL Nigeria-Cameroon and clarify if necessary.
     Complete and finalize all reports in partnership with your project manager and the central MEAL;
     Maintain the database to inform each indicator of the project and contribute to the overall compilation.
     Regularly analyze and process the data to inform the other actors of the project on the progress, Pedagogical
     train the staff on the collection of data from professional supports such as Kobo Collect:
     Provide regular support for the right colleague.
     Participate in other training according to the areas of expertise ‘ profile sought:
     Have a university education in geography, statistical economics or any other equivalent diploma (minimum BAC • 5) •
     Have at least 3 years of professional experience in the monitoring position -evaluation in a development or humanitarian organization

     Be methodical, organized and able to pay close attention to detail.
     Be of Cameroonian nationality 
     Be available and accept to work under pressure
     Similar work in an international project is an asset.
