Hotel La Principauté Douala Bonapriso is a hotel located in the heart of the business center of Douala. The hotel offers easy access to the city center of Douala, which is approximately 25 minutes walk away.

We are recruiting, for one of our affiliated hotels, a MULTI-SKILLED RECEPTIONIST (M/F)

Profile Description

 Profile  :

 We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

 The following behavioral skills are essential:

 – Sense of hospitality

– Sense of organization

– Ability to handle difficult situations

– Good communication

– Discretion

– Ability to manage stress

– Ability to be autonomous

In terms of technical skills, we expect :

 – Telephone reception

– Reservation management

– Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word)

– Knowledge of reservation software

– Ability to handle stressful situations

– Fluency in English

– Mastery of a third language is a plus
