Main missions

Address subscribers’ appetite for new e-services by developing related services (e-health, e-education, m-agri, gaming, etc.)
Develop effective value propositions in strategic areas targeted by OCM: Education, health, insurance, agriculture, energy
Work in synergy with internal stakeholders (Orange Money, ODC, Digital, DOB, VAS) for an inclusive multi-service value proposition for each new service.
Propose the Multiservice operational marketing plan based on the strategic marketing plan and the expected business objectives
Carry out targeting and operational segmentation that make it possible to achieve the objectives set for each offer and/or value proposition
Continuously improve customer knowledge and the experience they have at all points of contact with the brand and adapt the customer journey according to market developments
Assume responsibility for achieving the objectives assigned to the services

 

 

Qualifications

Training: BAC + 4/5 Marketing / Sales / Business school

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a company ideally services and within a sales or marketing department
