Trial period  : 3 months renewable once

 

 

CONTEXT

The LA VALLEE DE BANA hotel is recruiting a Myth Manager – cabaret – nightclub , The nightclub manager is responsible for supervising all operations within the nightclub, including staff management, customer safety and financial management . He/she must also ensure that the nightclub complies with legal regulations and industry standards.

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  :

 

Under the direct supervision of the Hotel Director:

 

 

–          Responsible for reception and services offered to customers.

–            Ensures the application of the Myth’s operating procedures.

–          Ensures customer satisfaction and safety. Comfort, welcome, quality of services, everything is done to build customer loyalty;

–          Manage staff and ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures

–          Guarantor of the proper application of regulations, an ethics of service, the quality of customer reception and the management of their requests so that they are satisfied;

–            Implement the organization of the operation (schedules, reception of the public, use of equipment, etc.)

–          Guarantee compliance with health and safety procedures and their applications in your department!

–          Manage finances and carry out regular budget monitoring

–          Proposal force to General Management, commercial development strategies for its business area; notably communication, customer research, theme evenings, artistic programming.

 

 

REQUIRED PROFILE :

• BTS management in Hospitality and catering / Bac +3 Tourism and hotel management
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience

 

Required knowledge  :

• Excellent written and oral expression in the French language.
• Knowledge of event management and planning software
• Knowledge of event management and planning software

 

Expertise  :

•  Communication skills.
•  Sense of organization and rigor.
•  Responsiveness/proactivity/creativity
