JOB OFFER – ELECIT Engineering SARL Cameroon: NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR – Douala

DESCRIPTION: We are a technological solutions development company, offering tailor-made services, the desired profile must ensure the daily supervision of retail points of sale, including the management of sales, stocks and resources.

Main Mission: he must ensure that the network operates correctly, resolve technical problems, guarantee data security and advise users and production teams.

 

 

Assignment :

The ideal candidate must be able to manage and maintain company IT networks, ensure data security and resolve technical issues.

 

Activities :

–        Ensure optimal maintenance of computer network operations

–        Define network development projects

–        Configure new hardware

–        Restore service in the event of network problems or outages

–        Ensure technical follow-up with users

–        Implement and monitor safety instructions

–        Advise users and production teams

–        Ensure reporting

 

 

–        Ensure compliance with IT and Telecoms security rules

–        Manage workstations, Internet connectivity including routers, modems, firewalls, proxies, virtual private networks (VPN).

–        Manage telephony (conventional, VoIP, mobile).

–        Install and maintain computer equipment.

–        Manage network cabling (physical connection between several machines).

–        Manage routing (logical connection between inside and outside the network or between several subnetworks).

–        Manage security (antiviral protection, firewall, intrusion prevention, etc.).

–        Master CISCO, FORTINET and MIKROTIK environments

Requirements:

–        Professional experience in network administration

–        Knowledge of network mechanisms and IT infrastructures

–        Proven skills in engineering, operations and network performance analysis

–        Experience using major network management tools

–        Knowledge of IT security standards

–        Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

 

 

Profile :

–        Baccalaureate + 3 Minimum.

–         Experience: 3 years Minimum.

–        Have held a similar position .

 

            Human qualifications:

–        Available, flexible, Able to work under pressure in a team or independently, and with organizational skills.

–        Point of honor on dynamism and personality.
