As part of the strengthening of its teams, ALIOS FINANCE CAMEROUN is looking for its Network Animator (M/F).

Main missions:
Attached to the Head of Business Development & Marketing, your main missions consist of strengthening the quality of service (responsiveness, follow-up of financing, quality of acceptance, etc.) and improving the penetration rate of Alios Finance Cameroon within the concessions for which you will be responsible. As such, your main missions are as follows:

Ensure the visibility of AFCM by a daily presence on the sites of the concessions of the partner under your responsibility;
Develop financing offers from concessions in collaboration with account managers and your line manager;
Facilitate communication between Alios Finance Cameroon and the partner on business being processed or in preparation;
Ensure a competitive watch with the partner with a report on the business book of the sellers in concession;
Ensure the achievement of the specific financing objectives set with the concession entrusted as well as the specific objectives of submitting financing offers selected for the concession;
Ensure the operational management of Co-Branded promotional campaigns and the various activities initiated between AFCM and the dealership (seller challenge, JPO, etc.);
Connect the Business Managers and the potential customers met;
Ensure the qualitative and operational follow-up of the financing files in progress with the dealership the closing, within the required deadlines, of the suspensions linked to the production of the files of the different dealerships of its network.

Profile sought:
BAC + 2 in Management Sciences / Marketing and Sales / Banking and Finance;
2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar and/or commercial position within a commercial, marketing or operating department in the banking or financial institution sector as well as in the insurance sector.
Good knowledge of banking businesses and ideally of leasing and its derivative products.
Experience in a multicultural professional environment.

Professional experience required:
IT executive with Bac + 4/5 training in IT, and you have at least 03 years’ experience in an IS department, ideally in the IT park. Having worked in a banking environment will be an added advantage.

Position level: NON-EXECUTIVE

Remuneration: according to selected profile.
