Recruitment notice: NETWORKS AND SYSTEMS MANAGER

BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for one (01) NETWORKS AND SYSTEMS MANAGER for one of its subsidiaries based in Douala .

 

 

 

The NETWORKS AND SYSTEMS MANAGER is responsible for:

–          Manage and install system equipment and software,

–          Securing the network and protecting data,

–          Ensure the technological evolution of the system in line with the strategic plan of the company

 

 

 

Activities

–       Administer and maintain servers under Windows Server 2008 and 2012

–       Manage the virtualization of servers under CITRIX and VMWARE environment

–       Ensure the administration of Active Directory and the creation of subdomains

–       Migrate servers to newer versions of Windows Server

–       Administer and maintain the Microsoft Exchange and ZIMBRA mail server

–       Create system images for Windows and their update

–       Manage storage spaces and backups

–       Administer and maintain the computer network interconnected on several sites

–       Install and configure network equipment (routers, programmable switch, IP phone, video surveillance, biometrics, etc.)

 

 

 

 

–       Monitor the quality of service delivered by internet service providers

–       Ensure the overall security of the information system

–       Participate in incident resolution

–       Ensure the technological watch for updates and the evolution of the system

–       Manage user accounts and access rights

–       Participate in the choice of service providers related to its activities

PROFILE

–           Academic level: Minimum Bac+4/5 in IT/network and telecommunications ;

–           Professional experience: 05 years of experience in a similar position (minimum);

TECHNICAL SKILLS

–          Good knowledge of CITRIX and VMWARE virtualization systems

–          Good knowledge of Windows Server environments

–          Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange

–          Good knowledge of CISCO equipment (a certification will be an asset)

–          Good knowledge of network administration
