Recruitment notice of Supply Manager

Supply manager (F/M)

 

Responsibilities

❏ Group the needs recorded by the sales

representatives ❏ Confirm the transport prices with the various service providers  

❏ Check/estimate the customs

price ❏ Calculate the cost prices of the products to be ordered and validate with the hierarchy the selling price to be communicated to the customers via sales

representatives ❏ Place product orders with various foreign suppliers

❏ Receive the products ordered and verify their conformity with the order

❏ Ensure rigorous monitoring of customer orders and keep them informed until actual delivery

❏ Record and handle customer complaints and queries

❏ Escalate any blockage and follow up with the various stakeholders (suppliers, logistics service provider, etc.)

❏ Keep informed about the availability of stocks from the various suppliers

 

Educational Requirements

Bac+2 level of (BTS, DUT), or license in the field of transit, logistics, or any other equivalent discipline

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in transit monitoring

Additional Requirements

Knowledge and know-how:

Knowledge of customs rules

Administrative monitoring of transport operations, transit, customs clearance , insurance, if applicable

Mastery of computer tools

Mastery of French and English
