OFFICE ASSISTANT (Monthly salary 200,000 xaf

For the needs of the client of ONYX MANPOWER SERVICES SA in the TELECOM SECTOR, an Office Assistant is required.

Responsibilities.
• Adhere to established procedures for the proper functioning of the business • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive. • Maintain complete and accurate records

 

• Perform minor accounting tasks (payment of suppliers)
• Managing small cash. • Arranging travel (visa, accommodation, vehicle rental) • Arranging meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and arranging catering if required
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new materials as needed
Qualifications/Skills:• Strong organizational and administrative skills• Professional planning knowledge and mastery of tools• Able to foster mutual respect, appreciation and understanding between cultural backgrounds, hierarchy and seniority within the organization company. • Monthly salary 200,000 xaf

Job Responsibilities:
• Compliance with the procedures established for the smooth running of the company • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail• Performing minor accounting duties (supplier’s payment)• Petit cash management.• Make travel arrangement (visa, lodging, vehicle rental)• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Qualifications/Skills: • Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal administrative process • Strong organizational and administrative skill • Professional planning knowledge and tools proficiency • Dealing with complexity and multicultural sensitivity

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Able to work independently and within a team• Capable to foster mutual respect, appreciation and understanding across cultural backgrounds, hierarchy, and seniority within company· Monthly salary xaf 200 000
