Under the responsibility of the RESEARCH PROFILE
Receptionist responsible for – Min. BTS in hotel / catering

– Min 02 years of experience in a
Receptionist will have similar function

mainly for missions: – Speak and write perfectly
– Reception and registration of French and English customers
– Processing reservations counter – Have good knowledge of
– Monitoring customer stays the IT tool
– Carrying out cash register operations – Mastery of the EZEE software is an asset
– Verification of the availability of –
Room integrity – Probity and dynamism
– Satisfaction of the requirements of the – Punctuality and sense of listening and
customer communication
– Efficient management of the material – Resistance to
work stress
