Tasks:

• Ensure the project management of services in compliance with contractual service commitments and agreed margin levels
• Provide customer relationship management
• Negotiate and contract modifications or service extensions
• Set up internal and external reporting tables
• Prepare and lead steering committees with the client
• Prepare and animate the strategic committees concerning the evolutions
• Manage activities associated with the performance of services
• Manage a budget
