Company name : GROUPE MAGNONG SARL, is looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER.
Job title : Operations Manager
Workplace : Douala-port area
Missions : as Operations Manager your main missions will be:
– Establish and manage different transport plans
– Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer service
– Liaise and negotiate with customers
– Supervise, supervise and train logistics staff
– Set up qualifying dashboards
– Be able to analyze operational information as well as the performance indicators of its activity and its service providers
– Ensure that goods are delivered on time
– Manage operations
Required profile:
Gender: male/female
Level of study: BAC+5 minimum in logistics and transport, Supply Chain
Age: 30/40 years old
Professional experience: 5 years minimum in a similar position
Language: French/English
